Saturday, April 26th starting 11am CrossFit 631 and CrossFit 631 of Lake Grove will be hosting a fundraiser for New York Bully Crew! Posted below is links and literature about New York Bully Crew and their cause. We very much want to give these guys our full support and show them what the CrossFit community is all about!

All proceeds will go directly to New York Bully Crew!

Only 1 in 600 Pitbulls in shelters will find a home.  599 will die.  Our vision is to raise awareness of this fact through a very special WOD highlighting the number 599.

Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
